Throughout the year, Minesoft is committed to supporting local and national charities, helping to fund essential research and reach the most vulnerable people in our society. This year we are proud to have supported the Alzheimer’s Society, the Poppy Factory, the Vineyard Community and the Royal Overseas League.

The Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity. They campaign for change, fund research to find a cure and support people living with dementia today. Their research focuses on important themes, such as the best ways to support people after a diagnosis and how to live well with dementia. They also provide national services to help people with dementia take back control of their lives and remain independent for longer, as well as supporting families and friends affected by the disease.
The Poppy Factory is a national charity with a local base in Richmond, supporting veterans with health conditions on their journey into employment and helping them overcome any barriers. Their employment consultants are based regionally throughout England and Wales, offering regular one-to-one contact with veterans. They assist with CV writing, job searching, interview preparation, in-work support and more. The Poppy Factory produces 14 million poppies each year for Remembrance Day, including wreaths laid by the Royal Family and dignitaries on Remembrance Sunday.
The Vineyard Community is a local charity based in Richmond. They are dedicated to helping vulnerable individuals overcome personal crises and reconnect with the community at large. They run crisis and social inclusion services from The Vineyard Community in Richmond and other locations across the borough. They offer support at the point of crisis, during recovery and have extensive experience resolving issues around homelessness, addiction, loneliness, and mental health.
The Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL) is a national not-for-profit private members’ organization dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. Their aim is to bring like-minded people together and help artists and musicians across the world connect, collaborate and create.
