Nick Chapman
Nick has been in the IP industry for 22 years, originally as a patent analyst.
He developed his knowledge working as a solution consultant, helping to design and build custom patent workflow tools, and then, for almost a decade, as a product manager for Derwent Innovation.
He was a product director for Innography for three years before leaving to join Minesoft in his new role.

Andrew Klein
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, and a Master of Library Science degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.
Having worked previously as a Solution Consultant supporting Derwent’s suite of solutions, a technical librarian/patent searcher at 3M, and a science librarian for colleges/universities.
Andrew has consulted with corporations and law firms around the world on best practices for using patent intelligence.
