Germany is one of the most innovative countries in the world and many Minesoft customers based in Germany have contributed greatly to our product development over the last 20 years. Our local sales representative office in Germany has been serving our highly varied customer-base throughout the DACH region with significant traction for a few years now and it was high time for us to expand and solidify our presence with the formation of Minesoft GmbH. We are delighted to announce we are in Germany to stay!
The German team, led by Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Lennhof, participates in many industry conferences every year, forming new relationships and strengthening existing ties, as well as learning about current industry trends. Minesoft co-founder, Ann Chapman-Daniel was recently named Information Professional of the Year by German publication PASSWORD, due to her many former years of work within Germany, where she spent years of her earlier career giving talks and patent seminars about the use of IP in companies. Ann also supports the organisation Women&Work in Germany, being a founder steering board member and was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 in a UK Regional Business Award.
Ann Chapman-Daniel explained the new GmbH creation as a personal goal: “My career was bound up with the German language from day 1 of my working life, having studied German, therefore it is with great pleasure that I can announce we have decided to build a greater corporate presence in this market. It gives us more flexibility in conducting business and serving this very important marketplace where we have developed such solid professional relationships over many years. Hello Germany!”
