Minesoft’s privacy policy

At Minesoft, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and the information you share with us.

What's involved?

More control over your information & accessibility – Under the GDPR you have the right to request to view information we hold about you and you also have the right to be forgotten.  As Minesoft’s patent information products are provided to businesses internationally and our products are not purchased in a business to consumer environment, the information we hold that can identify someone personally would be the corporate email address, name and business address. No other identifiable personal information about you is held on our servers.

Security –  As a company, we conform to the terms of the updated GDPR and we have measures in place to ensure personal identifiable information is kept in a secure environment complying to industry standards. We will not share personally identifiable customer data such as email addresses or mail addresses with any non-related company, unless in the role of a properly regulated data processor or sub processor or a Licensor of information to Minesoft requiring identifiable usage statistics of their own proprietary data.

Action – You do not need to take any action. We will continue to send new and enhanced product information, public seminar dates, the twice yearly newsletter TouchBase and other general updated information by email, as usual.  Each email contains the option to opt out of further communication if so desired, however this will mean that useful product related information about new features we have developed during the year will not be delivered.  We also maintain a Blog at www.minesoft.com where you can sign up for alerts of our blog posts, which carry news about our own product enhancements as well as general interest items, news and events in the Intellectual Property sector.
