We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team in Neuss, Germany. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within customer service and sales support for Intranet and Internet-based products in the information industry.

About the role

This position is ideal for individuals with customer service or sales experience who are looking for an opportunity to work within a growing and expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and some initial experience in customer service, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for our customers and partners
  • Actively handling customer inquiries and supporting the sales team
  • Keeping up to date with enhancements and improvements to the solutions to inform customers about new features and benefits
  • Representing the company at customer visits, trade fairs and conferences
